What is included in the room rate?

Room rates include : buffet breakfast, parking, access to the private beach and pool, use of lounge chairs on the beach and by the pool, beach towel, bike rental, tax, Sky Vision Gold in the room and complimentary wireless internet access throughout the Hotel.

Half board rates include dinner in our elegant restaurant.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSi, American Express and Diners.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Since all sensitive data are encrypted to keep them protected, the hotel room reservation process is very safe.

Your credit card details (number and expiration date) are required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card prior to arrival by pre-authorizing the price of one night stay, as a guarantee in case of late cancellation or no show. Reservations made with credit cards that are incorrect, invalid or missing details will not be confirmed – and therefore not guaranteed.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Upon completion of the booking process, you will receive an email confirmation listing the details of your reservation."

How can I cancel/modify my reservation?

All reservations made through our website, except special promotions, can be changed or cancelled by 4pm up until two days prior to arrival without penalty.

For all other offers, please refer at all times to the individual cancellation policy.

What happens in case of no show, early departure, late cancellation or changes?

In case of no show, early departure and/or change/cancellation after 4pm of the second day prior to arrival, a penalty of up to 3 nights’ accommodation will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

For all other offers, please refer at all times to the individual cancellation policy.

What time is check in/check out?

Check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 12pm. If you have any special requests, please notify our staff beforehand- they’ll be delighted to help.

Do you have parking facilities? What is the cost?

Private parking is exclusively available to all our guests free of charge.

Do you provide baby cribs in the room? What is the cost?

Yes, when you travel with a baby a comfortable crib can be arranged in the room at the additional cost of 18 euros per night. The price may be included in some of our special “family” promotions.

Do you offer services for the physically challenged people?

The Hotel offers 2 large Family rooms for the physically challenged in the adjoining building, with a wheelchair accessible entrance and a large elevator to all floors. If you have any special requirements, please contact our staff.

Does the Hotel have smoking rooms?

We do have smoking and non-smoking rooms to satisfy all our guests’ needs. For any special request, please contact our staff.

Do your rates include breakfast?

Yes, our American buffet breakfast, with a wide choice of sweet and savory items, is included in the rate.

When is breakfast served?

Our signature American buffet breakfast is served every morning between 7.30 am and 11.00am, and can be enjoyed by the pool on our magnificent terrace.

What are your restaurant hours of operation?

Our Restaurant Ipanema is open for lunch from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, and for dinner from 7pm to 9.30pm, offering an extensive a’ la carte menu and wine list.

Can you accommodate guests with special dietary needs?

In order to meet the special dietary needs of our guests we offer organic and gluten-free products.

Does your  provide internet access?

Wireless internet access is available in the rooms and throughout the Hotel free of charge for the duration of the stay. Please contact Reception to obtain your password and enjoy limitless, complimentary internet access."

How much do you charge for internet access?

Wireless internet access is absolutely free for our guests.

Do you allow pets in the Hotel?

Only small pets are allowed, at an extra charge of 20 Euros per day and a 30 Euros fee for final cleaning. However, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or anywhere near the restaurant. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any special request.

How much do you charge for the lounge chairs by the pool?

The lounge chairs by the pool are available free of charge exclusively to our guests at Park Hotel Brasilia.

Do you have a kids club in your hotel? How much does it cost?

Our MiniClub is available from the end of May to children aged 3 to 10, and is completely free of charge. For further information regarding activities and hours of operation please visit our dedicated “Miniclub” section.

Do you have rooms with sea view?

All our rooms have one/two balconies offering direct or side sea view. Please contact our staff with any special request and to confirm availability.

Are there any discounts or special arrangements available to Hotel guests?
