From the wildness to Jesolo
Tropicarium Park
The Tropicarium Park in Jesolo Lido is a center located in the Palazzo del Turismo (Piazza Brescia) and it has an exposure of 600 m, with 250 and 25 aquariums terrariums. A path with more than 500 animals from all over the world. The center has also rooms with video projection panels.
The major exhibition in Piazza Brescia sees as protagonists the two major predators: sharks and crocodiles. Godzilla is the most nominated among the alligators and it comes from the Canary Islands Park: 5 meters long, it weighs 800 kilos!
The Special Gallery Butterflies, set up recently, will be for those who want a pleasant rediscovery of how the world is full of diverse and amazing species! Tropical animals, cute turtles and tortoises, snakes and poisonous frogs, iguanas, scorpions, insects and more! The other novelty is the department with monkeys, lizards and other species for a total of 400 specimens.
The Tropicarium Park boasts the largest alligator turtle in Italy! The centre has also given way to a female Boa Constrictor to give birth to 25 puppies. A place in the respect for nature, with careful attention to each animal and its habitat, recreated as closely as possible. For shark enthusiasts, however, lies precisely in the area below the Predators show. Inside you can admire from the 12 tanks, 32 sharks.
